Always allowing the winds of defeat to guide me towards humility, growth, and hopefully some wisdom.

I play the role of both conductor and muse. I provide teachings to blend knowledge and inspiration to create melodies that resonate throughout organizations. I value authenticity and questioning assumptions to clarify the 'why'. I enjoy the spirit of voluntary play with my musician friends at the local piano bar, performing Charlie Parker and Bobby Timmons songs.
