Getting the most out of your coach
Nothing below is required before you start. This is just a map of what's there, for whenever you're curious.
Where your conversation happens
Every conversation with your coach has to happen somewhere. Private keeps it inside our own systems, hosted in Europe. Frontier sends it to one of the large, general-purpose AI models instead. Same coach, same three ways of working with you below — just a different place doing the thinking. Frontier is where every coach starts; Private is a Pro upgrade away, for when the extra privacy — and a different kind of intelligence — matter more to you.
Three ways to start talking
Pick whichever fits how you think. You can switch anytime — nothing is locked in.
Free flow
Just start typing. No setup, no forms — talk about whatever's on your mind, the way you would with a mentor who has time for you.
Scorecard
Take the Collaboration Scorecard once, and your coach uses your Change, Leadership and Collaboration results to steer the conversation toward what actually matters for you.
Share your public LinkedIn URL, and your coach reads your career background so it can speak to your actual experience, not a stranger’s.
It's all in one place
Open Settings → Coaching and pick Free flow, Scorecard, or LinkedIn from a single dropdown.
Choose Scorecard and the survey drops in right there. Answer it once, and your coach's direction updates immediately to reflect what it found.
Choose LinkedIn and it asks for one link — your public profile URL — plus a Refresh button for whenever your profile changes. Nothing else to configure.

Every account starts here — a limited try-out period with a limited number of messages. Enough to get a real feel for your coach before deciding what's next.
Pro
Meaningfully more room to talk each month, plus the option to switch your coach to Private — our own model, hosted in Europe, for when the extra privacy and a different kind of intelligence matter more to you.
Team
Everything in Pro, licensed per person across your team — everyone gets their own coach and their own conversations, under one shared plan.
